In order to determine how well the Wentworth Leasing Department is operating, all Residents who currently have a lease with Wentworth or OEA Associates are being asked to complete a short survey. 

Included in your April rent statement, you will find a paper copy of the survey.  Please return the completed survey to our office no later than April 30, 2012.  If you would prefer to keep your survey answers anonymous, you may also complete the survey here.  A password will be included in your April rent statement that will allow you access to the link to complete the survey.   

Again, please complete and return the Resident Survey no later than April 30, 2012.  Your response to our survey will allow us to serve you better and help make Willowbrook a better place to live.

Thank you to the Residents that took the time to complete our online survey.  Your responses have been helpful in determining how we are doing and what changes are needed in order to serve our Residents more effectively. 

The staff at Willowbrook would like to congratulate the winner of our Christmas decoration contest and the winner of the drawing from the food drive.  Both residents have received a $25.00 VISA check card.  Thank you to all Residents who participated and donated food.

The Parking Lot repairs have been completed.  Thank you to all of our Residents for your cooperation and patience during this time.  Now that the parking lot has been completed, we will move forward with the other planned upgrades on the property.  During the next few weeks we will begin replacing all of the back doors on the property. 

Firstly, Thank you to all of the Residents that moved their cars today on such short notice.  Your cooperation was greatly appreciated. 

Beginning tomorrow morning, Thursday November 3, 2011, the parking lots in front of P, O and S Buildings will be closed.  As will the enterance/exit to Bethel Avenue. 

If all goes smoothly, and the weather cooperates, we hope to have the main parking lot completed by the end of this week.

Notices were posted on Friday that the parking lots between H Building and K Building and the cul-de-sac in front of M Building would be closed begining this morning at 7:00 AM.  We are hoping that the weather cooperates with us and these parking lots will be reopened by the end of the week. 

Thank you to all Residents for your assistance in making this process easier. 

Rowles Asphalt are finishing the parking lot repairs in front of Q and J Buildings.  If the rain holds off tomorrow, they will hopefully be able to stripe the parking lot and be done.  If it does not, the parking lot will be closed an additional day for painting. 

On Wednesday, October 26th the parking lots in front of E, D and C Buildings will also be closed.  Please utilize the parking areas in front of A, B and G Buildings until the parking lot repairs are cpompleted.  Again, depending on the weather, we hope to have your parking lots reopened by the end of the

The Parking Lot located in front of Building A will be closed from October 10, 2011 through October 14, 2011.

The Parking Lots in front of Buildings F and R will be closed from October 12, 2011 through October 16, 2011. 

All vehicles must be removed from these parking lots by 7:00 AM on the first morning of repairs.  Vehicles will not be permitted to park in the closed parking lots until the repairs have been completed.
