Beginning this year, the Willowbrook Condominiums will be using photo id pool passes.  All Residents who will utilize the pool this year will need to have a pool pass.  If you are purchasing multiple pool passes, please make sure that everyone is present at time of purchase in order to have their photo taken. 

We are looking forward to a fun summer.  Make sure you check back regularly for other exciting ]]><![CDATA[Leasing Survey]]>Wed, 21 Mar 2012 14:42:02 -0800http://www.willowbrookcondominiums.com/1/post/2012/03/leasing-survey.htmlIn order to determine how well the Wentworth Leasing Department is operating, all Residents who currently have a lease with Wentworth or OEA Associates are being asked to complete a short survey. 

Included in your April rent statement, you will find a paper copy of the survey.  Please return the completed survey to our office no later than April 30, 2012.  If you would prefer to keep your survey answers anonymous, you may also complete the survey here.  A password will be included in your April rent statement that will allow you access to the link to complete the survey.   

Again, please complete and return the Resident Survey no later than April 30, 2012.  Your response to our survey will allow us to serve you better and help make Willowbrook a better place to live.

Beginning tomorrow morning, Thursday November 3, 2011, the parking lots in front of P, O and S Buildings will be closed.  As will the enterance/exit to Bethel Avenue. 

If all goes smoothly, and the weather cooperates, we hope to have the main parking lot completed by the end of this week. 

Again, thank you all for your cooperation and for all of the feedback that you have provided during this process.  Your suggestions have been extremeley helpful i ]]><![CDATA[Parking Lot Repairs]]>Mon, 31 Oct 2011 06:14:26 -0800http://www.willowbrookcondominiums.com/1/post/2011/10/parking-lot-repairs1.htmlNotices were posted on Friday that the parking lots between H Building and K Building and the cul-de-sac in front of M Building would be closed begining this morning at 7:00 AM.  We are hoping that the weather cooperates with us and these parking lots will be reopened by the end of the week. 

Thank you to all Residents for your assistance in making this process easier.  ]]><![CDATA[Parking Lot Repairs Continued]]>Tue, 25 Oct 2011 14:21:32 -0800http://www.willowbrookcondominiums.com/1/post/2011/10/parking-lot-repairs-continued.htmlRowles Asphalt are finishing the parking lot repairs in front of Q and J Buildings.  If the rain holds off tomorrow, they will hopefully be able to stripe the parking lot and be done.  If it does not, the parking lot will be closed an additional day for painting. 

On Wednesday, October 26th the parking lots in front of E, D and C Buildings will also be closed.  Please utilize the parking areas in front of A, B and G Buildings until the parking lot repairs are cpompleted.  Again, depending on the weather, we hope to have your parking lots reopened by the end of the ]]><![CDATA[Parking Lot Repairs]]>Mon, 10 Oct 2011 10:35:41 -0800http://www.willowbrookcondominiums.com/1/post/2011/10/parking-lot-repairs.htmlThe Parking Lot located in front of Building A will be closed from October 10, 2011 through October 14, 2011.

The Parking Lots in front of Buildings F and R will be closed from October 12, 2011 through October 16, 2011. 

All vehicles must be removed from these parking lots by 7:00 AM on the first morning of repairs.  Vehicles will not be permitted to park in the closed parking lots until the repairs have been completed.
