APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
All applicants of Willowbrook Condominiums must meet qualifications based on income and credit standards as well as rental and employment history. All applicants are submitted to a nationally recognized credit reporting agency. Income will be based upon gross monthly income. If two or more individuals will be sharing a condominium, the combined income will be used. No more then two occupants per bedroom will be permitted.

One Bedroom with Dressing Room (2 occupants)
Monthly Income $1,840.00 Annual Income $22,080.00
Two Bedroom\ Two Bath (4 occupants)
Monthly Income $2,088.00 Annual Income $25,080.00
Application Information
Application Fee $40 (one person)
$50 (two persons)
$25 (each additional person)
Reservation Deposit ~$200.00 required at time of application. (Deposit is non-refundable)
Income Verification~ Two recent pay stubs, W-2, or Tax returns
Personal Identification~Drivers license or state ID, Social Security Card, Birth certificate (must show two forms)
Move-In Information
All money must be in the form of Money Order or Certified or bank check.
Leasing office hours
Monday – Friday 10AM to 5PM Wednesday 10AM to 6PM
Saturday- Sunday 12PM to 5PM
