All applicants for Willowbrook Condominiums must meet qualifications based on rental and employment history, as well as income and credit standards.  All applicants are submitted to a nationally recognized credit reporting company.  Income is based on monthly gross income.  If two or more people are sharing a condominium home, their combined income will be used.

          Reservation Deposit:     $200.00 (Required at time of application)
          Income Verification:      Two most recent pay stubs, if self-employed, prior W-2 or tax returns.

Move In Information
          All money must be in the form of money order or certified bank check.
